4 Mails later the money is back in my steamwallet.
Not exactly a refund, but at least Jagex doesn't get any of my money.
They tried to shoot me down with prefabricated copy-and-paste legal texts, but if you persist and keep pointing out the obvious shortcomings of the game, they eventually give in and give you a refund.
I also found some interesting new laws on the matter, which should allow EU citizens to re-sell games from steam.
Just google "oracle usedsoft" and you might find something.
As soon as I mentioned this, they backed off and gave me a refund.
Good luck and be persistent if you don't want Jagex to keep your money.
Got my Refund, too!

We've all played many bad games and want to get a refund but no. If Jagex made a game they want people to pay for it and play it whether it's bad or not. So I do think you took it too far.

I agree with Republic Trooper, if you wanted a refund just cause you don't like the game... that's stupid. But if you want a refund cause it doesn't run... well, that's fine.

There was someone complaining on the official forums today that the game is unplayable on their...Pentium 4. Good lord, you could practically sell it as a collector's item and then buy a brand new computer.
Edit: Wow, I guess P4 is the minimum requirement so theoretically...
