It's about ww1-ww2 but its not that serious there's people named countries like ex: Italy is a non serious weak funny person who says pasta in every episode guy and Germany is a serious guy but yeah...go watch English dubs it makes more sense. Www.dubcrazy.net search it :D

But does anybody remember the name of that one anime where they had soul detectives or something?
One guy was able to press his hands together in the shape on a stereotypical gun shape and unleash blasts of awesome, but I forgot the name ;_;. I watched it when I was younger and have to remember it!
