Resized it to 150x150 and sharpened it a bit because of the reduce. File size is now 57.3kb.

Since you didn't really specify if you wanted to add a background, I just kept it pretty simple. The original stock you gave me was lower than 200x200 so I used your current avatar and just added text, shadow and played around with the colours.
