Sights would be nice, but not necessary, also I would really appreciate hands in there. Also, neither are sounds needed. That's not to say you can't find some :P.

Different cartridge size so the magazine is visually different, the gas block in the 74 is in a 90º angle while the one from the AK is 45º, etc etc. Many smaaaall details that differ between them.

ok, yeah i realized that, but if i try to incorporate that into slab6, it will be exaggerated alot. I cannot make the blocks of the magazine a little bit bigger or smaller. It's either alot bigger or a lot smaller. If you get what i mean. xD

You can also use an AK-47 for reference. As others said, the differences are really minor, also about the hands, just make some. It's ok if it looks kinda bad, maybe i'll try to fix them if I don't like them.

Main differances externally between AK-47 and AK-74 is the stock, magazine, pistol grip and barrel. Go figure.
