PC, because I don't want to buy a console that looks worse and performs worse than a home-built low-end gaming rig for close to the same price. Plus, you can upgrade a PC.

PC for the multitude of reasons already mentioned, but if I had to choose between the two, PS3, if only because I've only ever had PS consoles.

It's not the graphics that people hate in CoD, it is the fact that it barely changed since MW. Graphics ain't the only thing too...
