I actually made a skin based off of Special Ops too (mainly from the SEALs or SFOD).

The Gear that you have designed for the SEAL actually is outdated...
not saying your skin is outdated but the gear that the skin is provided with is outdated (the Knee pads, etc.)

I used Medal of Honor Warfighter as reference and some of the gear that my airsoft buddies recommended to me.

Here is a preview of my character skin (part of My Special Ops Pack a standalone add-on to my modernization pack)




I did not use tan colored parts because I wanted to make this look a lot different from My Modernization pack.

for Main Clothing...
A Modern Day Special Ops soldier is given G3 or G2 Crye Precision Combat Pants and Combat Shirt with built in Pads for more mobility and without having to stress about your pads falling off at any situation where you really need them the most.

for a Helmet...
They are provided with an Ops Core FAST Helmet, Either Ballistic or Base jump type.
The helmet comes with an advanced rail system which makes it very adaptable for anything you wish to put on it and have the comfort of a tight hat, thanks to its advanced padding system that can be adjusted with a simple knob at the lower back of the helmet (I've held and tried on a Replica of the exact same helmet in Real life).

for Boots...
They are provided Lightweight Hiking Boots that have a similar design and the comfort of simple sneakers and yet have the toughness of a pair of standard issue combat boots that you are supposedly provided with in training.

okay now for a Vest...
It all depends what fits the operator best for his role.
Assaulter, Pointman, Sniper, Heavy Gunner, Scout, Rifleman etc.

lastly for gloves...
it depends on what the operator is issued with. (Oakleys, Mechanix, Blackhawk Premium Gear etc.)
well sometimes if some Operators know their sh*t when it comes to getting gear (the same applies for other gear), they can get what they want through special orders. They can get them in surplus, from a friend who have connections with a certain company or from a place/website that supports the sales of military gear.

I learned that from my dad actually, since when my dad served as Navy EoD back then, he had the freedom of getting the gear he wished to get for him and his squad.

Im sorry to disappoint you.
But this could be very damn hard to do.
Since you cannot add blocks to the bodymodels of aos :<
