Takes an hour or more to plan/design/create the model

Takes an hour or more to plan/design/create the model
I usually do it different.
First I make a basic body with the general shape of the gun and no colour. Usually takes 15 minutes~half an hour.
Then I sit on my ass for 5 days without touching the model and finally do some minor stuff, like colour, attachments and sights.
