Banned on aloha.pk servers?

This guy joins our server. It was just me and a few other friends, and we're just building things. The server was aloha.pk globalwar, and this guy named .:MarkXXD:. (dunno if the colons are spot on, but the name was MarkXXD) joins our server. He joins my team, and starts off by following my buddy and destroying everything he makes. My buddy couldn't move without this guy in his shadow. Then, he comes over to what I'm doing, and I tell him "DON'T YOU DARE" and he destroys it.
Later he joins the other team and he and I skirmish while I let my buddy build a pyramid. I keep killing him, so he calls me a hacker. Now, some of my kills were good kills, but a majority of them were spray and pray. It usually took two or three shots to kill the guy. But I was killing him more than he was killing me, so he called me a hacker. After a while of calling me a hacker and calling me "gay boy" and saying derogatory things about my mother I wouldn't repeat in mixed company, he starts this petition to get me kicked for aimbot. He tells his whole team to just type in /y. Low and behold, it passes, and I was kicked and banned.
I wasn't using an aimbot. This guy came onto our server, destroyed our stuff, then got me kicked. He is the ultimate troll. I really enjoyed my time on the aloha.pk server and most of the people I met on there were cool people. Except for MarkXXD.
Please, don't let me be banned because of a troll. That's just not fair.
