I started playing this game on the last day of 0.52, and almost always use rifle.
I gained a fondness of the blue team stuff while playing around in Iceball, so that's why I show that badge. Maybe I should have shown my coder badge, heh.

1.0 had hacks before the game officially released. They're just not publically available. Yet.
The "you can't hack in 1.0" thing is a running gag referring to Sniped saying that "there will be no hacks for 1.0" or something like that.
By the fact that he mentioned a ratio, I would guess it was 0.75. 0.76 doesn't have publically-available hacks. I suspect there was some exaggeration, though, as norecoil is hard to detect (you need to spectate them in first person, which requires a special tool), and nospread nigh impossible.
But my point is this is thread has been dead for 2 months, and you necro'd it to call someone a dumbass.
