No offense, but it needs A LOT of work. The stock is really messes up.

Alright man, heres what you need to do. Remove the pistol grip. The m14 doesn't have one unless its the DMR.
I can't really guide you through how to make one step by step so heres a picture of what one should look like. (Didn't make this, guy called paratrooper on the original forums did. I just did some slight edits.)

As you can see your main problem is your stock and your barrel. Base your design of something like this and you'll improve.
