Accesories: .kv6, .png, .wav, right handed bolt, and I would be deeply satisfied if you can make it with arms.

Image For whatever reason, in this image the bolt is on the left handed side for a right handed person.

I would like to see someone make a really good Steyr Scout :)

You don't have to worry too much about a png. I have Kami's assorted scope. I'm using another dudes Steyr scout right now, impress make and make one that's even better :D
