Other than Jagex's AoS.
In my opinion, it would be Roblox. The moderation there is worse than Jagex's and the community is really bad.

When Roblox was smaller, the community was great. People knew each other, helped one another, but there is still teh occasional jackasses

Well, actually, Roblox was meant for all people of ages. But the kids thought it was a game for them, so they basically drove away what maturity the game had left, and now it's just a wasteland slowly rotting away. And the administration is just milking money from these people.

I'll admit, some of the costume games in Roblox are pretty fun, like those Zombie Survival DayZ Clones ( I also have DayZ and I find them both alot of fun ).

I used to play Roblox, but I quit when they started pandering to kids. Most of the servers on the games page were copy & pasted, badly made obstacle courses, and most of the decent maps were all right at the back with about 1-2 people playing at any time. I used to play around with the scripting engine in single-player, build stuff, and try to find interesting things other people had made in the 'free models' menu. I actually paid for the game once to get more levels, since the game ran badly when there were too many blocks in a level and the servers were unbelievably laggy, that was a mistake.
The devs never focused much on fixing any of the the bugs, like the decals, (Textures but renamed) which would glitch out and show the surface underneath when the camera or block changed position. Or the broken insert menu in the studio mode, half of the things in there were either broken or just didn't do anything, I noticed that when I started and by the time I left (A couple of years later) it still wasn't fixed. The only updates were more cosmetic items, in-game 'Gear' (Weapons and other items that were either cosmetic or affected your character in some way) or small changes to the gameplay that never really did much (Like cosmetic UI changes).
The forums were also ignored, they weren't updated once since I joined, they didn't support quotes, images, videos, links or any of the basic functions of a proper forum, and were basically ignored by anyone who wasn't a ban-happy moderator or a forum user. Most of the decent suggestions in the forums were ignored, dynamic lighting was something that was suggested a lot, and there was apparently no reason that it couldn't be added. Some people actually offered to help the devs to implement it, but of course none of the devs bothered to read them and it was never added.
I can't believe it's actually still alive, to be honest.
