im making gun models but idk how to make scopes

[im new at making scopes]
if anyone would like to answer id be glad for it

I Generally start with a circle gradient from the middle (black in the background)
Then I make a circle that best fits the scope.
now just make the lines with the pencil all the way to the end. scope done
