How have you been kicked/banned ?

I was banned for aimbotting, but that was a bored moment and my first time cheating, so I completely deserved it. Those four seconds of cheating were pretty boring, being able to see people behind walls and just pressing the E button then clicking. Free points. Pretty damn boring. Glad I got banned, but I will come back to that server in a week since that's when I get unbanned. The server is Aloha.pk's 24/7 hallway, Worth a play. Great server, great players, great fun. Just not with cheats.

This is not a complaint or a ban appeal. I am just sharing one of my moments.

Im banned on all aloha.pk servers without a reason because too much kills on my score and it says unfair to other players.

Bro, hurry up to http://Aloha.pk and post a ban appeal to prove your innocence. I admitted to cheating and was nice about it and got my ban time reduced from forever to one week. Also, when I get a lot of kills like say two to three hundred kills, I leave and come back to clear my scores to make people feel like they have more of a chance.

I do not doubt aloha has good admins but yes they are spread very thin.
My only problem or question is:
When you guys ARE on and there are stupid votekicks like:
Grinch votekicked Bob, Reason: faggggg.
why don't you cancel them?
I know your servers have an irc channel and I know its easy for ingame admins/mods/guards to do /cancel
Could you please do a little more against the bad votekick war?

I was almost kicked (1 yes away) for headshotting 2 people in a row. Apparently if 2 people are standing next to each other, and you headshot them both within a second, it's hacking

And if you kill 4 people within 5 seconds of each other with an SMG it's also aimbot.

I have been votekicked a grand total of one time for NO REASON GIVEN about 2 years ago and have never been votekicked/banned since considering I never play on any server besides Minit (on which I am admin) and aloha (on which I am Trusted).

Firstly I want to point out that If you are hating on Aloha due to the fact that hackers aren't being banned... Theres 2 things you can do. 1) Go to the irc and tell them 2) take a video of the hacker and submit it so in the future the hacker will be banned. (2nd option is probably better) Of Course if you are lazy and don't do shit... why should the admins.

Now I have only been permabanned 2 times and I was banned once on Minit and once on Aloha (just comes to show that not all admins are perfect at times) I was banned both times for aimbotting I believe. I don't aimbot or cheat in anyway so I was unbanned sort of quick both times. I did rage a bit the first time I was banned (mostly cuz I was in a jail). But yeah those are my experiences.

Let's see:

• Banned from Aloha early on for griefing
  Banned from mat^2's server early on for POMF clan tag
  One of the first names on the GBL, and the only one not for using a spambot (I believe it was "Extreme Griefing")
  Banned once again on the GBL for "cheating" in what I still refer to as a set-up
  Banned again on the GBL by JoJoe, which makes no sense as it was during the time I was already banned...
  Mysteriously got about 5 bans on Goon Haven in a week, never really figured out who was doing it
  Countless forum bans, mostly for bullshit reasons
  I guess you can count the RoT subsection ban on here, that was mostly due to spite anyway
  Was banned from having a signature for about a half of a year on the old forums for saying "tGM has no swag" on mine
  Received a good dozen IRC bans from various AoS channels, most due to my position in RoT

And probably a lot more I'm forgetting.
