i dont think so cause our rule was Don't be rude to other clan members in {EPIC}, even if they deserve it and Don't votekick other fellow members. and just report that member to owner or co owners

That is a bit of a stupid rule as what if they were hacking,being rude, greifing, etc because of that rule you are telling members not to votekick others if they are part of your clan which is a bit stupid.
