I'm only doing this to repel my current enemy, the Immortal Empire, who I hope to bury the hatchet with after my vassal agreement with Germany is over, & to end the war between you and the Dongs - German alliance. By blocking you two off, it'll be harder & more cumbersome for you two to attack each other. Maybe this will end in creating peace.
