so the amount of posts on the forum determines my eligibility? I never created an account because i do not participate on forums. but hey...

If you had made a pretty good application, we probably would have accepted you. The reason why post count matters in this case is that it seems as if you're someone completely new who we have no prior knowledge of. If you had posted the same application and happened to be someone who was very well known in the community with 100+ posts (which, mind you, would have to be quality posts, not just one-sentence things or incoherent nonsense), then we probably would have approved your application and disspelled any fears we might have had regarding your application during the interview.
