I used to get votekicks against me when I was the moderator of Serealia. Needless to say trying to kick a moderator didn't exactly work.

something i hate more than hackers are votekickers. i am banned from half of the good servers because of people that think they have more knowledge on the way i play than i do. when it happens, i change my ip , fire up my second pc and go ahead with a lot of friends on a server and ban them . i hope this isnt illegal XD

Changing your ip and getting on a server you're banned on is ban evading, also votekicks are usually 15-30 minutes long.
