The max framerate from my understanding is 62.5FPS, which is 1000/16 exactly. You CANNOT get it to render ANY faster.

Strange. My laptop can't even run Morrowind or Halo because my graphics card isn't good enough and AoS/B&S works perfectly for me. I have a friend who has the same issue.
