How much time can you dedicate to Ace of Spades and our clan: Well, I never intend to devote much time to AoS, but as it is, I'm currently spending several hours a week on it
As for the clan, I'm the kind of guy who stays for the long-haul. I'll make an effort to show when it helps, and I keep my appointments.
Why you would like to rejoin: Same as before; to make friends, improve skills, discuss strategy and get some competitive games. Playing AoS with voicechat sounds like fun.

Even if you don't have a mic I make all my clan events require a VO-IP(Vovice Over Internet Protocol) or voice chat for better terms. Even if not everyone has a mic it makes communication a whole lot easier. People who don't have a mic can just talk in game too. Just a tip
