What to watch?

I just finished the first 6 seasons of Psych and the 7th season doesn't come out on Netflix for a while. Soooo I need a new TV show to sink my time into.

I've been watching a bit a Burn Notice but I think it's rather boring.

Before everyone suggests Doctor Who, I don't really like Sci-Fi.

I cannot begin to describe how good of a show Mad Men is. A few people I know find it boring, and others love it. It's definitely a show you really need to watch without distraction, but if you've got a decent attention span it's fantastic. One of the best shows I've ever seen.
