dongs expands southwards into Calabria and the rest of the Salento peninsula. In the event that I earn more provinces/areas/whatever than these two areas can offer, dongs expands northwards through Italy as well.

I'm a lilbit confused on sea expansion, but let's give it a shot:

If my sea expansion fails, do I still earn those territories for land expansion?
Edit: kmaj told me that sea expansion is a risk and if it fails, well, the rolls fails :p

Anyway, dongs expands via (A VERY SMALL) sea into Sicily.

If my sea expansion is successful and I have remaining provinces to use, dongs also expands northward in Italy.
