I have a few, some for game-play and others for system:

1) Ability to ban not just IPs, but also ISPs as well (them goddamned dynamic IP ban evaders).
2) Ban names as well as IPs: basically, extending the anti-jerk system that's currently in place.
3) More transparency with the GBL: ability to check for IPs and the reason for their ban.
4) Server-text made a color besides Team-1 color (default blue).
5) Ability to copy/paste text within the game chat.

Oh. How could I forget. Slot reservation.

If it were possible to join over the max server cap just for admins or mods that would be nice. I had to set up a VNC on my server machine so I could find out if someone is truly afk and kick them (Haven't tried the afk plugin yet).

But at least for just the head admin it would be nice to spectate without worrying about whether or not the server is full.

Something I learned about the Commando class just sparked another idea. How about slightly changing the headshot hitbox so that hitting someone's helmet only takes off 99HP with the rifle and 74HP with the SMG, and to get the full hundred you have to shoot your target in the face?

74 with the SMG? It's not hard to land 2 shots with the SMG in the time it takes the rifle to be ready for another shot.

Maybe you're right, actually. Perhaps hitting the helmet should cut damage from the SMG down to 50 or something? I dunno. If we implement the idea then we can fine-tune it once we've run a few test games, maybe even make it configurable at the server level; some people will want "classic headshot mode" anyway.

Because bullets totally don't penetrate helmets.
Unless Saving Private Ryan was wrong.

Depends on the helmet and the weapon, and in any case I'm prepared to sacrifice a little realism in the name of game balance.

Mind you, I suppose we could just design new sprites with smaller heads.

My ideas:
Airplanes ( Blue_Normal gets Biplane, Green_normal gets Triplane)
Horses for Cavalry (There was still cavalry during the First World War Green_Surprised2 )
Musical Instruments (Imagine how fun that would be Blue_Happy1 )
Block and Ammunition Stockpiles (Any team can access any stockpile Green_Spade Blue_Rifle )
Anvil to turn blocks into extra ammunition (1 block = 20 rounds?)
