Many said it was a minecraft clone, and I can see where inspiration came from, but I think overall it's pretty original. Discuss below.

Okay so when I first played it, it was awesome. 2 weeks later the game got really boring.

Got it the day it was released, played it fully for a year. Definitely one of the best games I ever played. Even better is that Redigit is making an enormous new update for the PC. :D
Also, whoever thinks that Terraris is an MC rip off needs to learn to differentiate two sandbox games.

You'll love it even more when the new update gets released. Waterfalls, new weapons, possibly a new biome, etc. It'll be awesome.

This game is pretty cool. I bought it a little after it came out. It's a change from minecraft.

uhm, I think those people were a small minority. I've seen mostly positive talk about Terraria.
