You installed everything right? You have the right gamemode? Are you on the right server-list?

Go to the directory where client.exe is installed. 0.75 is usually located at C:\Ace of Spades.

Create a new text file.

Open it.
Code: Select all
client.exe "aos://2746420930:32887"
Copy and paste the above into the file

Rename it to runclient.bat, make sure it is not named runclient.bat.txt because it wont work. You need to make sure it is runclient.bat Doublecheck and confirm it is named correctly.

double click runclient.bat, and tell me if the games loads or any error messages you see.

When i launch the .bat it says "Error: Server Connection Failed". I tried removing the " to the server IP and it stills doesnt work.

That is better than no message at all, have you added your game versions to the launcher. That sounds like the problem to me.

You added the game installation .msi files through the launcher's Game Installations -> Add New Installation... menus, as in you didn't run the game installation .msi files directly, right? It sounds like you directly ran the .msi files after installing the launcher. If that ever happened/happens, the launcher needs to be reinstalled.

Just to be sure, you can't join any servers with less than 31 players from either the 0.75 or 0.76 server lists, correct?

Are you on a wireless connection by chance? AoS is very sensitive to weakish wireless signals.

I've been having that problem with my Windows 8 laptop as well. Tried reinstalling the game and the launcher, tried both 0.75 and 0.76 but when I click a server nothing happens! I don't know what OS ShafterX is using but I think Windows 8 has something to do with my problem.

That worked for me! The problem is that I get 24 FPS on a good gaming laptop with ethernet cable connection
