Introduction.

7774 year since the making of the world is coming up. The Old World is shaken by pandemics. Bad harvest and catastrophes force countries to search for a better place to live. So, the New World was opened. Ship crews landed in different parts of the archipelago and started exploring it. The borders between countries and native tribes were established. Crews got back on ship, dropped expeditionary corps and departed to Old World for new party of colonists. Now, the commanders-in-chief should select places for the capitals of new countries. The place should be on a sea shore, also amount of food, gathered from neighboring six tiles is significant to the amount of the colonists the town can feed.

Game goes turn-by-turn. One step lasts three game months and 3 real days.
At the beginning of the game, every side is given 10,000 peso, three civil units, three military, one trade-ship and one military ship (excluding countries that have capitals not on the seashore) and some amount or resources.
During one turn, player can send any or all units to any point of the map (except military and naval units, they have restrictions), give unit orders to work, give transport, industrial, trade or diplomatic orders. If transport, industrial or trade orders were not given, the previous one will act.
The given civil units are: geologist, miner and engineer. Geologist prospects barren hills, mountains to find minerals and deserts, swamps and tundra to find oil (after technology was bought). Miner digs and develops mines, and engineer builds forts, railroads, ports and depots. Geologist and miner can start working immediately, engineer can work only on the tile currently is at. Prospecting and building a railroad takes one turn, building depot, port, fort, mine takes three turns.
Basic military units are: two regiments of heavy artillery and one regiment of guards. Trade-ship is fluyt , and naval ship is the ship of the line. All units are quartered in capital.
