Just found a website that has lots of movies on it without downloading anything(except your video flash player which you probably have already) and you don't have to sign up.

It's called www.megashare.info

Why download one 2 hour download when you can watch movies on this website without downloading anything, i use to download movies on utorrent until I found this, now I only use utorrent for my music on my iphonel

TB: A TV is something that's a need(not really but i've never been to a house with no TV) and some people already pay enough bills or just can't get anything else, also in america(well in my state) there's a way to get free cable. I don't have that though.

You download a movie either way. If you can stream a movie in x quality, you can download it in x quality in the same amount of time because they are both accomplishing the exact same thing: the movie of x quality gets transfered to your computer. The biggest difference is that you can get many many many more things from the pirate bay and vlc player will be nice for those times that you can't just stream it to your computer.

lolVLC

Also, surely one of your friends has a Netflix account he'd let you use? I use one of mine, any of my three friends let me use theirs so I don't have to buy it.

Seriously? I'm amazed how people just watch pirated movies without a second thought

That's because you aren't looking at it from the perspective of people who would otherwise be doing nothing. People who pirate rarely do it because they want to save money on something that they could afford (or in the case of movies: afford over and over and over...), they do it because they can't buy it any way. By pirating, I've saved my self thousands of dollars that I don't have and received many products that I wouldn't have paid for anyway.

However, I would pirate less if certain people would stop making us pay as much as $5k for software that almost always has free (and legal) alternatives. To make it worse, some of those people who charge such rates for one copy of a product will also charge you hundreds more to update your version.
