Actually thats not too bad of an idea. If jagex actually gave a shit itd be easier for the guy to find shit he could actually fix by filtering feedback and reducing all the shit he has to look at. Of course I doubt they actually use feedback, but its still not a horrible idea.

As for the others, on a larger forums itd be well justified. The problem here is its Jagex's forum, which isn't anywhere near big enough to need it.

I think the huge amount of feedback sections is to divide up feedback so it's not easy to find it all. They don't want new players seeing everyone's complaints about how much could be done better.
