Fuso accepts NAP with kmaj (Serbia).

Fuso expands East.

Fuso request territory swap with Conduit and Cowie for a narrow path through their territories. If not, I guess I'll have to boat around or something, right Venator?

Yes they should be.Adding this and countless other rules regarding capitals n stuff in V4 :3
Also new rules regarding:
Diplomacy.
Double attacks (2v1)
and
Using the naval way
will be added in V4

Also since this world is already burning in the fire of war,im taking rulesuggestions for V4 (post sum pl0x)
The things down there will get implented:
Diplomacy:

Making NAPs actually hinders you from attacking 2 rounds after you break it, alliances even hinder you 3 rounds.)

You dont have to go to war anymore if allies of you got declared war cause the enemy had to declare war because of his own
alliance (Basiclly what started this war)

You can only make agreements with Empires sharing borders

War:
You get a +3 bonus if you attack in the same round you declare war (Blitzkriegbonus)

You can mortar the enemy if you share borders,(only 5 times in the whole game)destroying 2 territories next to your border and making them uncappable for everyone.You get a -0.5 Scorepenalty (Counted as Defeat)

2v1 Attacks:
If 2 allied Empires attack 1 Empire both get a Scoreboost (like 10+ as an example)(Will also have variants for 3v1 and 3v2)

You can fortify your borders once per game,which makes capping them 3 times harder(so you can only cap 5 of them if you roll 60(15) for example)but gives you a scoredecrease of 5 (10 defeats)

The Naval way:
I'll add ports to the next map (probably a worldmap) and draw the lines your boats can travel from there

So pls suggest sum moar.

Suggestions:
  • Air way, takes 2 rounds to fully attack.
    Artillery (missiles, if far away, will land in a few rounds, depending on the distance; mortars, can only be used if sharing borders, will land on that round)
    2v1, 3v1, 3v2, plz
    Updates in every 2 days, 1 day being day, the other one being night.
    Attacks at night should have a +1 bonus.
Also, I suggest a fuck-this-let's-just-go-straight-to-v4, because i fucked shit up with my plans to conquer the world and then backstab everybody but VIN and Atlan, then give up.

After saying this, Elirawenn's king commits seppuku, making the counter-attack on Serbia's counter-attack obsolete, and leaving his territories to whoever can figure this out:
Mr. Black, Mr. Gray, and Mr. White are fighting in a truel. They each get a gun and take turns shooting at each other until only one person is left. Mr. Black, who hits his shot 1/3 of the time, gets to shoot first. Mr. Gray, who hits his shot 2/3 of the time, gets to shoot next, assuming he is still alive. Mr. White, who hits his shot all the time, shoots next, assuming he is also alive. The cycle repeats. If you are Mr. Black, where should you shoot first for the highest chance of survival?
