Except the dick move wasn't breaking a law, but recording and sharing a conversation without the other person knowing, which just happens to be potentially illegal.

I didn'y know it wasn't that legal until after I had done it, I knew it was illegal when I made the thread though. The videos are all almost 2 weeks old while the thread is just a few days.

As I just said, whether it is illegal or not is irrelevant to it being a dick move.

I thought I posted this earlier, from my understanding of the law, recorded conversations without consent or a warrant aren't submittable as evidence in a court hearing. You aren't a criminal for recording something without consent, you just cant use the recording to prove someone is guilty.

On topic: I recently had another chat with Mroberts which you can view here. I am sad to say that he has been kicked from runezone and the ace of spades forums. Although I don't like him much I never wanted him to lose his job. I also didn't want to be such a dick, yea I know I am a dick for making undercover videos of someone without their permission but that was just because I have bad memory? So yea, no more Mroberts thanks to Jdrew

I have talked to mroberts, he is a nice kid with good intentions. I can't believe they thought he needed to be punished. His intentions were to mend the relationship between Jagex and the community. He didnt say anything bad about sally or titanium. And they strip him of his title.
