I was thinking more about someones lag affecting others in a negative way. As in, a player who lags shoots someone, but the player he shoots has already crouched. Which doesn't show up on the laggy persons screen, and therefore he kills the non-laggy player.
But if your lag only affects yourself, then I take back what I said.
I am getting annoyed.

(I'm not saying I'm for or against this idea, but that people didn't seam to understand the reasoning behind it, which is valid)

I remember that KAG kicks for high latency. It makes servers get a lot of ban appeals for people with 7 minute ping autobans.

The first one is either your lag, or the shooters lag. If you're lagging at 500ms then it takes 500ms for your client to update. Meaning you're really half a second (500ms = 1/2 a second) from where you think you are. If it's their lag, say they have 400ms ping and you have 50ms ping, they shoot where your head is at time A, and by the time time B happens, which happens to be when his shot finally gets registered by the server, you've already moved onto time C, but since time B was just registered the game calculates what happened there, and since you were shot in time B, though in time C, you will die. Stupid mechanics, I know.

#1: Just get used to it. You inflict the same experience on other people. Yes, I live in New Zealand too.
#2: Iceball does not have an SMG in the official "distribution" so to speak. Furthermore, BR's SMG mod requires 5 shots to break a block. Of course, there's also topo's modifications to the AoS SMG on "Minit US - Classic Assault" which uses the double-block-health thing IIRC.
#3: I want to stab (IRL) the next little kid who does THIS:

I haven't seen it in a while (thankfully), but that is honestly the worst thing you can make in AoS.
