Btw. New Russia sends diplomats to Scotland to request a fusion. We would save you against this German Reich (A NAP will not save you. The German Reich is still too big, so a Fusion is the best option!).

What would we fuse into? Scotland's bigger, so I don't want to just become New Russia. :P
