Just posted about this, and I got a reply from Sally...that wasn't very helpful
@Aero - I have locked this thread as you are in breech of the site rule. Please make sure you read them.

Discussing banned users or the contents of private communications is not allowed. These are private matters between that user and Jagex. We will have good reason to, and only do so where there's an offence committed or continue disruption of the forums. Every user agreed to the service conditions and have agreed to abide by site rules, so please take note of them.

Consider this a warning, I would always rather give warnings where I can but some behaviour = removal of privileges. My golden rule is 'try not to ban'. I have already been lenient and given people opportunity to change their posting behaviour. If these chances are wasted then of course further action needs to be taken.

Our rule set and guidance may be new to you and different, but the site rules are not unreasonable, all we are asking is to make sure you are respectful to all when posting.

P.s. If you make a statement of fact against us that is defaming then yes it will be removed as will flaming. There's a difference between opinion, expressed in a constructive, respectful manner and pure non constructive hate/flame posts

I love how Moose got banned for "evasion" while he simply kept posting due to a bug in the forum software.

I am pretty sure he used Cyrillic or Greek letters instead of Latin ones, I did that one time on a forum and it was pretty funny. I'm surprised that not many people know you can do that

More details: I told them they should think before banning users and try and see if they can rectify the situation through a warning or PM and use the banhammer as a last resort. 2 minutes later banned. I don't even know why I bother anymore, I know I can't fix the problem. But I keep trying anyways.

So i told him that I want proof of this and I said that I will put his msg up on my sig and even post a topic on it if he doesn't show me proof. The frickin prick banned me for no reason, I don't know how I broke the rules.
