modding Sky texture?

Hello! im new to this game and i have looked at the videos of new and old AoS.

i would like to know if it is possible to take the sky texture from new AoS, and put it in to older version.

Unfortunately not, voxlap aos doesn't have a sky texture. It's just fog, which is just one color.
And that is impossible to mod, as we don't have the source files.

No, Using the command fog in the vanilla server hosting and giving rbg value can make the "FOG" change color.
example fog 0, 0, 0 for black
