Your computer can run Mumble. My computer is a 6 year old potatoe and it runs Mumble. There is no excuse why you wouldn't be able to run Mumble and AoS at the same time.

1.i have to run on peaceful
2. Optifine has to be installed
3. Lowest settings
I do that for like 10 fps on servers. Its Ok on singleplayer.
Also, the limitations don't even allow skyrim to be launched on the laptop (Acer Notebook)
