Need Help With Making Sights!

I'm quite confident with the making of the gun models but I really need some tips on how you guys make those awesome blocky iron sights! I wish to know what program to use and how to make them. I have recently made a weapons pack and all I'm missing is some awesome sights.
Any help will be appreciated!

This will teach you how to make scopes but not iron sights. First download someone elses scope or just use the default one. Now open up a photo editing program or use an online one such as sump paint free version. Now open the scope and places a dot one where the main scopey part is, this is the dot you use to get head shots. Now add a new layer and delte the one that had the scope you opened. You now have a dot in the middle of your screen! Now all you have to do is add stuff to it to make it look perty. That part is something I don't cover. I also don't cover iron sights. Trust me, if I can do it anyone can! Good luck!
