Cannot connect to any servers

I downloaded this game a few minutes ago. However, when I click on a server to join, it says it has to open the link with a program. I select Client in my Ace of Spades 0.75 directory and it says server cannot be connected to on absolutely any server I try, empty, full, or half-full. I select the Server application in my Ace of Spades 0.75 directory instead but it just crashes immediately. Please could someone explain what I am doing wrong?

What is the exact error message you get when you select the client, not the sever in the "what program to open link with" screen.

I fixed it; turns out that I couldn't use Firefox. Maybe that should be added to the quick guide?

Glad you got things working. Firefox works for me though.

The arguments should be something like: client.exe "aos://16777343"
Not: client.exe aos://16777343
I typically use: client.exe -aos://16777343
Check your binding and make sure it's either "in quotes" or -prefixed.
