What happened to the original SPQR?

From what I gathered from sax and topo (and I explained this in the Skype group), Tin disbanded the clan and some members started a new one called #ToW, getting rid of some members that might have been thought of as undesirable.

Reason for Applying (Must be at least fifty words): Well there are two reasons I would like to join this clan. One of it is that I like the structure of it. By structure I mean the Constitution. The reason I like the Constitution of USAB is because it gives the members rights unlike other clans which have a "central leadership". The Constitution is well - written too may I say so myself . The second reason is its members. The members of USAB is very helpful as seen in the two posts above this. But it does not stop there. There are USAB members I see regularly on servers that are very helpful to new players. The USAB clan members are very respectful and helpful ingame and on the forums. In conclusion, I would like to join USAB to uphold the Constitution and the awesome image it casts on Ace of Spades.
