Why do I keep getting redirected after I quit?

For some reason after I quit I get sent to this:

http://www.ace-spades.com/news/

How do I stop this?

That is the old website, after the reign of jagex ruined everything. its been shut down, but you are still redirected as we are not allowed to modify the code that does the redirecting.

Edit your config.ini file:

Change that 1 to a 0.
