I'd post a screenshot of mine, but it's animated and I would have to make a video. I use Windows 7 with Windows Vista Dreamscene Activator 1.1 and set my background as a looped video. I used to have Rainmeter as well but I got bored of having it there and uninstalled it. I also sorted all of the items into 3 folders on the left, one for games, one for programs, and one for random other stuff.
