Doesn't quite fit anywhere else? Post here!

I wrote this mainly in reply to some stuff I saw on the Jagex forum but couldn't reply to there, for various reasons: http://www.rakiru.com/2013/03/why-jagex ... of-spades/

Not banning you is probably their ideal way of keeping your hacking as quiet as possible; they probably didn't even put banning abilities in-game. Banning you on the forums for hacking and not in game would only confirm that they didn't even have a plan B. That info being spread around would be a lot worse than hackers being known of.

I hate to say it but jagex deserves to be hacked so they can learn that they can be hacked and then not be hacked by a hacker because of an anti hack.

I agree with you, but for whatever reason, I don't think they're really ever going to learn anything from this at all.

For once I agree with you, but for whatever reason, I don't think they're really ever going to learn anything from this at all.
They have yet to show us that they have that ability, so I agree here.

So basically... they ban you, shows they're not prepared?

That's sad. I thought you had actually conceived some hacking software to create the hacks shown in the video. The fact that they were ignorant enough to leave such dangerous dev tools out in the open for public use is just absolutely astonishing.

What? Of course I wrote the hacks. The dev console made it a lot easier to test things without having to reload the hacks, and also allowed anyone to do basic hacks, such as giving yourself a jetpack on any class, without any real coding ability.

Oh, that sounds more reasonable then. But still, Jagex couldn't actually think that people wouldn't be trying to tinker around with their code right? /sarcasm
