Incompatible with PySnip/pyspades-based AoS Classic 0.75/0.76 servers.

(piano.pmf finally exists, I'll need to push kapiano.wav as well as wire it up. Y'know, just to discourage things, like (insert stuff admins would like to discourage)... Maybe I should have done that lid as a separate bone?)
(and no, there is no plug_pianonades.lua script. I just screwed with obj_nade.lua and the like to demonstrate the model. Come to think of it, why haven't we moved that stuff out of common.lua and into the appropriate files?)

Will Iceball be able to handle maps like this on a 1:1 scale? From the dunes in the foreground to the mountains in the background is what I'm asking about.
