Overall it gives me a feeling that you just added a few things to the default semi and recolored parts. The stock and scope would probably look better without the green dots. All my opinions, but I think it would make it look better. Still for a second creation I would give it a 3/5. You should make more though.

Probably because it's not a suppressor, but a muzzle brake, made for dissipating the gases from the shot for reduced recoil. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muzzle_brake)

This is a nice mod, for a second creation it's nice to see you've actually textured the sides, and haven't gone with the "one shade of colour" look that makes guns so flat and bland. Well done, i see great things from you in the future, keep practicing!
