If BnS is to regain - or perhaps exceed - its former growth and relative popularity, a few things need to happen:

- The site needs to be streamlined aesthetically
- A switch must be made, where Openspades is predominantly endorsed, with perhaps a subsection reserved especially for 0.75

(After which a serious attempt to attract new players through advertisement, sponsorship etc. needs to be pursued.)

These may be somewhat vague ideas, but I hope others can expound upon them. The point, however, is that real growth requires more than some vague promises being tentatively written in a post buried deep within the forums: it results from active effort and a clear idea of the desired result. Optimism can work miracles.
