Also implying bans mean anything when they take 4 seconds to evade. Whats the point?

And I read all of them, I've read a lot of rules like ScrapTF (Do not go there if you do not have Steam account)

Going to take this juncture to apologize for the massive lack of underenforcement of these rules (I think this thread is case in point, I'll clean it up tomorrow). Much like the other thread I just made feel free to tell me how you feel about these rules in their current state, if you think the rules themselves need to change or just be enforced more, in an ideal world we wouldn't need them and people would just behave rationally and respectfully but that's generally just not the case :( :(
