I just made a server at hosting.buildandshoot.com, but can I change my servername?
Or do I have to make a server by an other way?

I don't think that you can change the name of the free buildandshoot servers.
The only way to change a server name is to have access to the config.cfg of your own pysnip or pyspades server. Check out in the pysnip/pyspades topics.
