Ace of Spades Server hosting - Suggestions?

im very new in the Ace of Spades world and im really exited about this game. Me and a friend of mine would like to host my own server. Public server so anyone can join. I dont know where to start, can you suggest me a couple of hosts?

sorry i didn't mention that vps / dedicated server is not an option. Shared "managed" hosting i guess is what im looking for.
