when we get tanks does the modifier apply to the amount of territories conquered by the combatant that wins? Does it counteract the sea invasion modifier?

IceCream if you would like me to devote more resources to Austria-Hungary I can, but I figured it would be smarter for me to redirect most of my BS to the Ottomans and hopefully lose less land in the long run since you have more BS than Austria-Hungary. I'm open to suggestions though. Sadly, I'm bearing two fronts with around 50% less BS than you. :( If another country attacks you I will definitely send more BS to the Austria-Hungary front though.

No worries. Just make sure you don't loose land.
