Best Free MMORPG?

Unfortunately, In my quest of free mmorpgs I've found that free typically means it's probably poorly made or has some game ruining issues. I haven't played it in quite awhile, don't even know if it's still free or not but I'll say Runes of Magic.

When I played, the entire game is F2P, no restrictions anywhere with the option to pay for unique items but my info is as old as AoS Classic so you should check up on it. :P

I can think of others, RuneScape had gay limitations for F2P last time I played, it's point and click aaand it was either train the Strength skill, or DIE! that's why I quit, but did you see what I did there?
