Alright, I broke OpenSpades

OpenSpades is an open source alternative client for AoS Classic and beyond! Runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Created by yvt.
Compatible with AoS Classic.

Assuming I understand you correctly, the file you want is (on windows) located at %APPDATA%\OpenSpades\Resources\SPConfig.cfg

e.g. for me it's at C:\Users\ryan\AppData\Roaming\OpenSpades\Resources\SPConfig.cfg
